|NOTES| This is kinda short, but... heehee. I wrote this after the Fall Festival Friday (alliteration XD Love it!) I love the rain, and I love Halloween, so I wrote a Halloween poem and added in the atmosphere of the darkness and the rain.
Clowns in cheery black make-up dressed in blood-splashed white,
Their lovely gray tent invites me inside to the dim and lonely light,
Where he waits, nineteen and glowing, waiting just for me.
A smile like a wolf that chills my bones and I run out to a new scene.
All light is gone from the tragic land where the proud sun once shone,
And I look around and tell myself, "The Carnival's in town."
