It turned out better than I thought it would, I like it. I hope you all will like it as well.
A thousand days,
A thousand nights,
A million ways,
Some wrong, some right.
A shining star,
A diamond sky,
But it's too far,
For me to fly.
A getaway,
My own escape,
Why can't I stay?
It's not too late.
A heart of stone,
there's nothing left,
I'm all alone,
I'm hurt; bereft.
A destined fate,
approaching fast,
no time to wait,
It's time at last.
Should I give up?
or stay on task,
I've had enough,
of my own mask.
So here I go,
I'm diving in.
one day I'll know,
if I will win.
