Bonjour was taken, and I didn't want to seem redundant or called a copy-cat, so... yeah. Salut.

I go by Sam on the Intrawebz, but Sammius obviously isn't my real name... I mean, why would someone name their kid that? xD I've been writing almost my whole life, basically, and I've dreamed of being an author. Unfortunately, I don't dream that dream anymore, but I do still love writing. I think I love English in general (though generally not my teachers), and if you ever need an editor, I'd love to help. I can also pitch ideas and help with structure, rather than just editing grammar -- where's the fun in that? I won't lie... I generally don't write much anymore. Occasionally I'll type up a poem and, once in a solar eclipse, some random short story/drabble I just happened to think up, but that's it.

I saw there was a category for debating, so I think it's necessary for me to mention that I love debating/arguing in general, and I also plan on being a lawyer someday. I do know boundaries (respecting opinions/ideas, et cetera), but I also won't be too shy to share my own, if I do have one. In the words of Voltaire, right...?

I'm obsessed with Final Fantasy, Xenosaga, and Harry Potter (all of which are series), but I do love a lot of other things... As you might notice, I have a thing for fantasy, but I really haven't written anything for that genre in ages. I'm also in school right now -- as of this past Monday, 10 August, I am a Sophomore in high school. I love psychology class.

So yeah. This layout looked nifty, the site wasn't too active (which tends to make being a new member intimidating), and I felt the need to join a new site. Of course, I'm busy with school and whatnot, so I can't be on all the time, but I do try and get on for at least half an hour every day just in case I need to check something.

Me, too. Debating is different from just arguing with people, in a sense, but yeah... I like arguing and debating. If any of that makes sense.

Well, the colours and the layout are really nice. I typically don't join brand new sites because I'm always afraid of them going inactive (which tends to happen with me), but a) this isn't an RP site (so surely something will be different, aye?), and b) it looked like something worth joining.

Speaking french in america is a lonely venture... especially when you're a babbler such as myself... Ohmigod, you like Avatar too XD I watch that on a daily basis. Say, you don't happen to like the Phantom of The Opera, do you? God, that would be so awesome if you did... you're like a male incarnation of my best friend so far... If you like Phantom as much as her, I'll flip. ^.^ I'm such a monsterous dork. Proud of it, too...

xD Oui, je parle francais aussi. J'adore le francais! And yeah... I prefer French over Spanish, despite the growing number of Mexicans (and no, that is not a racist comment xD) and whatnot... And my parents' apparent dislike of my second language choice. I took French I and II last year, and I'm going to take III and IV next year, I hope.

Avatar! I can't believe I didn't mention that. But it's in my avatar (hahah, my avatar is Avatar... that never gets old >_>), so I guess that's okay. I've loved it since it came out, and even though I didn't like the end, I still love the series. ^_^ I don't care for Phantom of the Opera, though. Not that it's bad, or anything, but I just don't care for it.

*shrugs* I have an undying obsession. For many things... Pokemon, Avatar, Le Fantome De L'Opera, art, literature, so many other things... I talk to much... *shrugs again and keeps talking* so, the Phantom of the Opera is the only personality difference between you and my best freind. creepy ^.^ She even speaks french too. anyways... *grabs DS and starts up on Pokemon* lalala...

xD I haven't liked Pokemon in years. Personally, the newer ones are terrible compared to the original ones, and I just never gave them the chance to be good. I used to love them before, though. Along with several things... hahah.

As far as final fantasy goes, you get an A in my book. The others, eh. Of course though, to each his own. Also, don't feel alone, i don't write as much as i used too either, so my additions to the site will probably be less than admirable T-T. However, i'll do my best to uphold this site and it's values! *salutes Seuss*
