I was thinking the other day. In order to make this site universal to all authors, shouldn't we have an essays section? WELL, I consulted with the lovely Alicia and here we are! A board for any essays you could wish to share. Here are the rules if you want to post your essays here:
Well, I think that's about it. I'll put up the form in just a moment.
- You must fill out a form. We need to know some things, like the rating and title of the essay before we read it. Especially since there are young people on this site (okay, I'm kidding myself. We're mostly teenagers, but anyone can view the forums, so please rate your things.). I know it's difficult to rate, and I find it hard myself, but it's for the children, people! (P.S. If you rate it for a specific reason, be sure to state that in the |Notes| section)
- Okay, style is not so much an issue, and this is more of a suggestion than a rule, but try to make your essays (especially the lengthy ones) somewhat organized. It's a difficult thing to accomplish, but I would appreciate it if you tried.
- Be sure to put your essays in the board it is related to. For example, if it is a school essay, put it under school essays (which will be a broad topic and for that I apologize, I just don't want to make this board massive.)
- Okay, guys, I know we're all desperate for responses as soon as we post, but let it be on the board for a while. You'd be more likely to get posts by waiting than by demanding them. Keep that in mind.
- Finally, have fun with it. Write about things you're passionate about (unless you're being forced to write an essay. ).
Well, I think that's about it. I'll put up the form in just a moment.
