Ah German, so simple and effective and a great way to break up all that French ^^ Though I do adore a French I'm afraid I'm not as fluent as I use to be unable to take it up again until this semester, woot. I love languages in general I can start randomly spouting in three ^^ not including English of course. Oh anyways, my name is Annie and I live in dashing Empire State. I tend to ramble, warning you now so when this turns into a novel you have no one to blame but yourself for continuing to read this. I'm a Sophomore in college and a Journalism major though my real love is in Theater which so happens to be my minor. Why it isn't the flip? Don't ask. Long story. Anywhozit, I was dragged to this ever so lovely site by the slave driving Sammius. Though I'm glad because it looks spify and I was telling him not long ago I wished to join a writing site, wish fulfilled, oh my isn't he quite the genie?

Avatar is love, though apparently I'm not an adequate fan -sniff- i was demoted by the dark soul himself. I also like Final Fantasy... yes yes a nerdy girl who likes Final Fantasy shush I wear my title proud. I also lurv Harry Potter and I'm sure people will be ready to decapitate me for this but I also like Twilight. The books of course, I won't even make mention of the load of crapola that was the movie or the ever so annoying fandome. I read quite often, usually it's fantasy or mystery... Sherlock Holmes never gets old and Rebbecca is possibly my favorite book ever. I also quite adore Gregory Maguire who wrote Wicked, Son of a Witch, and Confessions of an Ugly Step Sister. Oh I alsooo have a random addiction to a handful of shows like Angel, Greek, Gossip Girl, Gilmore Girls... haha such an array of eccentricities, ah well.

I write a lot... mostly lyrics or my crappy attempts at monologues or one act scripts. The occasional short story is possible, but very... very rare. Poems are frequent though sometimes a poem is my failed attempt at a lyric. I dabble in the graphic word but it's nothing worth bragging about [Love your banner by the way, simple but very nicee and effective ^^]

Besides my Broadway and Theater obsessions I am also rather the obnoxious movie buff. I tend to quote things and get nit picky about references. Like my step-sister who wore a Breakfast Club T-shirt just because it said 'The Princess' on it and had no idea what The Breakfast club even was... I almost murdered the dear.

Hmmm I think I've babbled enough. I'll spare the lot of you anymore of my randomocity. Oh and that, I like to make words up as well and er phrases and whatnot so if you have no idea what the fudge crackers I'm saying at times... it's quite normal. Also considering I make three times more typos then anyone else on this green rotating planet.

I wish I could take German, but alas, I think it was discontinued (though I could be wrong), and it's not as though I'll have enough free time to actually take it. Sophomore is to Sam as Sophomore is to Annie, though high school is a horrid comparison to college.

Welcome to the site. I don't speak German, but i think it's a cool language, if not a bit hostile sounding, haha. My prof last year was OBSESSED, he spoke it every class. We were all like, wtf? O.o. oh well though. Welcome to the site!! *thumbs up*

Sorry I was making myself a tuna sammich for dinner (yes, I am that lame). Yay for threadage! I love the idea of speaking German, but I don't think I can wrap my tongue around the language... though I've heard my father speak it when he's sleeping (--> strangest thing I've ever witnessed in my life, I swear).

But anyway! I used to be a writing major too, but I quickly got tired of writing essays that were too easy (oh yes, I'm that conceited, I warn you now) for me so I switched to a new school and am now a Culinary student in the wonderfully flat plains of Buffalo, NY XD Very different from the tri-state area, let me tell you .__. But I like the snow, and the cold -- or so I tell myself when I'm dying of heat in this unbearable summer. Oh, I also ramble, and repeat myself, so feel free to call me Echo LOL

Do you play an instrument? Or do you simply write lyrics?
