Ticking away the moments that make up a dull day

Let it be known that I have a thing for clocks. I love the mechanisms, the way the escapement gear escapes and the tickin toc that rhythmically creates a backdrop to life. This clock is mine, one of many I own. I hope to make my own some day.

Pink Floyd is one of, in my opinion, best bands to have recorded in the history of recording.

I have a certain obsession with the steampunk/gaslamp look of machines -- and I absolutely love this picture. It is simple, but the clock is so complex with all the gears that it's its own little universe. The clock itself is beautiful. I love, love, love it!

Though, maybe a little bit of brightening up on the actual clock would make it look more surreal in nature.
