Becca was driving home from a party at one in the morning. She was falling asleep, despite the noise of her best friend, Dani, and her boyfriend, Jack, chattering away in the background. she looked to the passenger seat. Raenia was already passed out, her long black hair against the window in what looked like a very uncomfortable position. All three of them had been drinking, Becca being the only one that hadn't. "Next time we leave BEFORE one! I'm falling asleep up here!" Becca yelled through the racket of the two.
"Alright, alright, Becca! Calm down!" Jack said, his words slurred to where she could barely understand him.
"yeah Becca, calm down!" Dani said in a crystal clear voice. Drinking doesn't effect Dani as much as it does the others, but Becca wasn't going to take any chances by letting her drive. Becca glanced back at them as they joked crazily around. she rolled her eyes and turned back to the road. that was when she learned that she had made a big mistake by driving when she was half asleep. She was in the wrong lane...
And there where the headlights of a black suburban headed right towards her little blue Cadillac convertible. She was so scared she could smell it, could taste it, but she didn't have enough time to get over before she went blind with fear, heard a big CRASH! and blacked out...

"Becca?! oh my god!... I don't know... pull through...very bad... wreck... should be waking soon... if not..." Becca heard in between black outs. She didn't recognize the voices, and she wondered who Becca was. All she knew was that her head... "hurts..." that her whole body hurt.
The voices outside of her head heard her say 'hurt' and a male voice said, "...She's waking up..." before she blacked out one last time...

"I think she's waking up!" Dr. Ross Jete said, looking at Becca's worried parents. Her mom, Alison Kelley, had her long, straight, thick, beautiful blond hair pulled up into a sloppy ponytail. She had dark bruises under her eyes from lack of sleep and worrying about her daughter. Her crystal blue eyes had, unlike five minutes before, a spark of hope in them. They alone brought out the beauty in her plain face.
Becca's Father, Alison's husband, George Kelley, also had dark circles under his eyes. His short black hair was disheveled from running hiss hands through it. He was looking at his daughter like he couldn't believe what he had heard.
All of a sudden the steady beep... beep... of Becca's heartbeat on the heart rate monitor turned into a long unbreaking beeeeeeep. Alison looked up at the monitor in panic, and almost fainted when she saw the long, unending, straight line.
A nurse rushed the parents out of the room as they began the procedure to get Becca's heart going again.

Becca blacked out one more time, but instead of waking up again, she saw a white light. It was so blinding, so pure, that she couldn't resist walking to it, into it. As soon as she did, she started to get sucked in, but, to her surprise, was spit right back out. When she looked back at the light, there was another person there, making her reel back in shock. She had never seen him before, and he was the most beautiful person she had ever seen. His hair was the most beautiful shade of blond, like a ray of sunshine. His skin was perfectly tan with no imperfections at all. He was wearing all white and had a halo. He had beautiful, spread out wings in the shape of a heart. And when he spokeā¦ when he spoke it was like a thousand, perfectly harmonized, tinkling bells. It was the most beautiful sound she had ever heard.
He told her that it wasnt her time, that she needed to go back to earth. he said he would make her forget everything. By that, she thought he meant everything about him, or about the crash, but not everything. she asked, "who are you?" but before he answered she was brought back to her body on earth.
