Ohai dere.
I'm Spooky, but I'm also known as Glasgow and Cheshire around the web. I'm 18 years old, soon to be 19 in a few months, and 100% female. I live in Wisconsin (no, don't feel bad for me. it's kinda awesome out here) and I've got myself 3 official pets (a black female guinea pig named Kai, a red female mutt thing named Mira, and a blonde (in so many ways) male lab/pitt named Sir Anthony Hannibal Gaspard Ulliel Lecter Hopkins Jr.) and 2 sometimes-pets (my little brother's bitey dwarf hamster Thunder, and my older brother's silly husky Shadow). I seem to be the offical pet caretaker of the house. Haaa, noice.
Did I mention I totally love gaming? No? Well, now you know
When I'm not wasting away my time on the computer for hours and hours, I can spend just as many hours hunched over my controller, bug-eyed and lost in whatever game I happen to be playing (From Bad Company 2 to Harvest Moon). Lacking a social life means that I can do this and not be missed or bothered by anyone
I have a crap ton of loves and interests, from shows like Doctor Who to Criminal Minds, movies like 30 Days of Night to Who Framed Roger Rabbit and musical tastes ranging far and wide. Makes me less likely to step on toes and bump heads over such silly things ;D
Oh, but this is a writers forum, aye? Lessee:
I've been writing since I was a wee lil tyke, but only started to actually write coherent and non-school related things about 6 or so years ago. Mind you, still not writing anything awesome or noteworthy. Hopefully, by being here, I can improve my writing even just a little bit. That'd be awesome.
Anyways, I prefer reading over writing, but that's not to say I don't enjoy writing as well. I really enjoy reading and writing any genre of story, since I don't think that the genre makes a good story; the writing does. Though, naturally, I do have favorites: Tragedy, Supernatural/Otherworldly/Paranormal, Comedy, Horror and Macabre.
I dabble in art and graphic thingies as well. Again, nothing really awesome, though I might post one or two things up for the sake of why not.
Erm... I don't really know what else to say here so...I guess that's all.
Looking forward to sharing some of my writing and reading the awesome stuff everyone else has to put on the table, too!
